Due to unexpected last minute cancellations, Lake Wenatchee State Park staff are actively (almost desperately!) recruiting camp hosts.  A single person or couple is needed for August and/or September in our south campground.

Camp hosts help park staff in many ways, including assisting with the camper registration process, selling firewood, cleaning campsites and firepits, picking up litter, and answering a multitude of visitor questions.  Hosts are asked to work a total of 28 hours per month (per person or couple).  More hours are greatly appreciated, but not required.  No law enforcement or restroom cleaning is involved- park staff takes care of those duties.

In return, camp hosts receive a free campsite with full utility hookups for the length of their stay, use of a “Gem” electric vehicle, all the fresh air they can breathe, and the chance to work with an incredible awesome park staff!!

Are you interested?….Do you know anyone that might be interested?… Are you expecting summer visitors with an RV that might be interested?  Please contact Bruce Beyerl (Assistant Park Manager) or Rick Halstead (Park Manager) at 509-763-3101 or Email vog.aw.skrapnull@eehctaneW.ekaL
