Mother Nature has been exceedingly cooperative. The rink has firmed up nicely and after several days of flooding it is as good as it ever will be. Many enjoyed several days of sunny skies on the ice over the weekend.
There will be a warming trend for a couple of days so if you have a chance you should try out the ice tomorrow (Wednesday). Zondra and I plan to be there around 1:00 if anyone wishes to join us. After tomorrow I’m guessing the rink will be shut down at least until Sunday to prevent damage to the ice .
We have received many donated skates lately. They are all in the Shed which is now located next to the dock and boat launch.
