A number of readers have emailed in asking what is happening with Lake Wenatchee State Park.  Here is what we know.

Lake Wenatchee State Park is still on the potential closure list
The State Senate budget contains a $5 “opt out” Parks Fee tied to car registration.  Opt Out means pay unless you do something.
