My name is Elaine Kinney. I am the neighbor of Rod and JoAnn Fountain. We were talking to the PUD engineer about getting fiber optics in the Whispering Pines development. He said there were only 6 orders from our area. If you are a property owner in Whispering Pines please contact the PUD and order fiber for phone, internet or TV. It does not mean they have to sign up with any one carrier at this time, it just shows the PUD how many are interested in getting fiber.
