Sponsorship
This post is both an FYI and a test. I have been working for a while to get some technology in place so local merchants can sponsor our site and emails. The funds we receive in exchange for Sponsorship will help defray the hosting costs that have been coming out of our pockets until now. If we are really lucky the spare change will buy a round at the Headwaters. In addition we have added a donate button to the about page. Want Ads, Lodging Listings etc will come with a request (not a requirement to press the Donate button).
Just a reminder, if you haven’t registered for email, press Subscribe to Email, in the upper right. We try and bunch items up so you only hear from us a couple of times per week. The email service also allows us to contact all subscribers immediately if there is an emergency or an important item that should go out right now..
