Greetings All-
Hope the New Year is going well for you all. Attached is the Legal Ad, “Notice to Consultants” that will be printed on Thursday, January 10th and January 17th in the Wenatchee World and the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce. The deadline for interested parties is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 1st. We will be interviewing consultants all day on Tuesday, February 12th and a number of you have signed up to be on the interview panel. We currently have 16 people on the interview committee.
Attached is a draft copy of the Public Participation Plan Checklist that we discussed putting together at our December 12th meeting. Please let me know if you have any comments on this or would like to see a different format for keeping track of the public participation. Also, if you have any more comments on the Draft “Advisory Committee Operating Procedures and Membership List” and/or the Draft “Public Participation Plan” please forward them to me and I’ll make the changes.
Finally, if you would like to design or know of anyone interested in submitting a logo for Chelan County’s Shoreline Master Program, please have them forward to me. I have already received a few but welcome as many as you are all willing to submit. All the logos we received will be put on display at our next SMP meeting on Wednesday, February 27th from 9-12 at the CTC for everyone to pick their favorite for our SMP update.
