Pass closures
For those contemplating coming or going over Stevens Pass today: The Pass is currently closed. Re-opening is currently estimated for 11:30 AM but……… The Pass status report is at http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/traffic/passes/stevens/ With heavy snow forecast through tonight and then warming temps and maybe some rain I would think there is a good chance these closures will continue on and off through the next couple days.
In the last 48 hours we’ve received about 26″ of new snow- the almost-13 in the last 24 hours was heavy wet stuff.
