Community input to Sheriff’s Dept
The February meeting of the Chelan County Sheriff’s Citizens Advisory
Committee will be a “Town Hall” meeting on Wednesday, February 13, 2008, at
7:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at Station 1 (Headquarters) of the
Chelan County Fire District 9, 21696 Lake Wenatchee Highway at Lake
Wenatchee.
The CCSCAC is returning to meet with the residents of Lake Wenatchee as a
follow up to the August 2007 meeting. The Sheriff (or a Staff Deputy) will
be attending. The Sheriff’s Office had promised a follow up meeting to
address winter time concerns of Lake Wenatchee residents, especially those
involving snowmobiles.

To advise the Chelan County Sheriff’s Office on issues of concern to the
Sheriff, the staff and deputies and the community as well as to provide an
open communications link between the Sheriff’s Office and the community.

To see the citizens of Chelan County recognize and participate in public
safety by supporting and assisting the Sheriff’s Office to preserve and
enhance our quality of life.
