A bit of a slow morning
At 5:25 this morning (wednesday) I grabbed a fresh cup of coffee, my camera, and headed to the State Park to see how busy the boat ramp was. I was quite surprised to see very few persons launching boats. I talked to the Park Ranger that was collecting ‘launch’ fees, and she said it had been a very uiet morning and they were surprised at the low count of fishermen this morning.
I counted 27 empty boat trailers, there was one person launching and 2 additional boats at the dock, I saw 2 other boats on the lake, though there must have been more further up lake than I can see from the Beach at the State Park.
I will go check it out again at 7:00 to see if business is picking up.
