We had a dusting of snow again y’day morning but no accumulation. For those
contemplating coming over the Pass today or tonight I thought you should be
aware of this forecast:

Memorial Service- Patricia A. Forsman

Patricia A Forsman of our community died Tuesday, March 18th, in a fire at
her home in Plain. A memorial service for her will be held at the Plain
Community Church at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 28th. Her companion and
fiance Ted Fox, who sustained injuries in the fire, will be present at the

Saturday: Lake Wenatchee water quality meeting

Good morning-
Just another reminder of the meeting this Saturday at the Rec Club about the
water quality of Lake Wenatchee. The meeting begins at 9:30. The Rec Club is
located at the airstrip on Chiwawa Loop Road, near Midway Grocery.
