RSVP for Shoreline Meeting by Friday 10-26
The Natural Resource and Community Development Departments are currently working together to update the Shoreline Master Program for Chelan County as part of an anticipated three-year process with a grant from the Washington Department of Ecology. This process will likely result in changes to Shoreline regulations effecting building and docks around Lake Wenatchee, Fish Lake and the Wenatchee River. We are hoping to get a summary of items to be discussed and will post the outline as soon as possible. In addition we are working to arrange a Lake focused discussion session with Mike Kaputa as the process evolves.
There will be a kickoff Symposium on the Shoreline Master Program Wednesday, October 31, 2007 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Confluence Technology Center (CTC) in Wenatchee. Please RSVP by October 26th to Erin Fonville at (509) 667-6324 or through e-mail at erin.fonville@co.chelan.wa.us
