Burn ban lifted
The burn ban was lifted as of this morning and open burning is now
permitted.
A permit is required to do land clearing, that is when you are clearing the
land and changing the use of the land. If a person is clearing an
agricultural product and going to replant that is an agriculture use and a
permit and must be gotten from DOE. All other burning must be kept to a 4
foot by 4 foot by 3 feet high dimension.
